Community radio is a valuable community resource and we intend that our studio and shop complex at 3 Great Eastern Square, Felixstowe, will become the hub for all sorts of local activities.

107.5 Felixstowe Radio will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That's a considerable commitment that requires plenty of volunteers.

The music shop provides many items needed by musicians, and we are always interested to know what you need, so that we can build up our stock. Our online shop now has over 10,000 items. You may not see all that in the shop, but we can get from our warehouse in a day or two.

Drama is poorly served by commercial radio, and we intend to make a start with short stories. There's plenty of other ideas, and we want you to get involved.

We have expertise and equipment, and we can help you and your work in all aspects of media. Advertising on the radio is extremely cost-effective, as is programme sponsorship. Perhaps you need public address facilities for an event, hosts for a conference, a recording of an event or mastering and professional recording? We can do anything.

Our real experience is also found in television and stage production. Sound and lighting technicians, stage management, production design, set and costume design, drama production and direction - we have experience in all areas.

And our plans are not just confined to Felixstowe. We've already launched Deben Radio to cover Woodbridge, and we have other stations in the pipeline.
