Ant Cartwright is the Youth Project Manager at Level 2, a youth club that's above the Tesco supermarket at the Triangle, Felixstowe.

A new band of speedy specials will be patrolling Felixstowe in future, armed with a radar speed gun and steely determination to catch speeding motorists.
